He began his career in real estate over 20 years ago, and his diversified experience enhances Bel Air Capital & Investments' ability to deliver a full-spectrum of realty and financial services. His background includes residential realty, commercial & residential debt placement, equity participation, trust deed investing, financial analysis, industrial property management, limited partnerships, proprietary software development, sales management, e-commerce management, property valuation, loss-mitigation, credit evaluation, credit remediation and loan underwriting. He came to Bel Air Capital from Fund It Corporation, a fully-integrated private mortgage banking and investment capital firm. His prior affiliations include We Sell Homes, Source 1 Financial, Nationwide Home Lending, Pacific Business Properties and William D. Feldman Associates, a commercial real estate firm specializing in promoting private equity placements and providing tenant representation for Fortune 500 companies, such as Ford, Northrup, Neutrogena and American Medical International. Drew makes his home in Bel Air, California. He is state licensed and a graduate of the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
