Zoobiquity Book Signing – Peterson Automotive Museum

Zocalo, the public affairs non-profit, hosted a book party and “conversation” with the authors of the new bestseller, Zoobiquity. The book was a collaboration between UCLA Cardiologist Barbara Natterson-Horowitz and my friend, science writer Katherine Bowers. The book poses the question, “What can doctors learn from the extensive body of knowledge possessed by veterinarians and wildlife biologists?” Some of the topics discussed are cancer, eating disorders, addiction and sexuality.

The event was held a the Peterson Automotive Museum which has just surpassed Tahoe on my list of most beautiful places on earth.
